Position Overview:
E-Go Depot is excited to open our new store in Leesburg, FL, and we’re looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team! As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a vital role in helping our customers find their perfect e-bike, scooter, or board. Your goal will be to create an engaging shopping experience that keeps our customers coming back, while also ensuring they leave informed and excited about their purchase.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers, answering any questions about e-bikes, scooters, boards, and our service offerings.
• Assist customers in identifying products that suit their lifestyle, needs, and budget, providing product demonstrations and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions, including cash and credit payments, while maintaining accurate records.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, and update displays to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members to promote a positive and supportive environment.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and assist in managing product displays and marketing materials.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred, with an interest in e-mobility or outdoor recreational products a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to learn product details quickly and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and special events.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrate a pleasant demeanor and a commitment to teamwork.
