Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bike Technician to join our team. As a Bike Technician Assistant at E-Go Depot, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the functionality and safety of our electric bikes, scooters, and boards. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional products and service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on electric bikes, scooters, and boards.
• Assemble new products and conduct quality checks.
• Greet customers, answer phones, and effectively communicate to address concerns and provide technical assistance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with assembling displays and crafting marketing materials as needed.
• Be flexible in assisting with various projects and shop needs.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in bike mechanics, preferably with electric bikes and related equipment.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and special events.
• Willingness to learn about all bikes and products.
• Working knowledge of hand tools and electric mechanical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrate a pleasant demeanor and a commitment to teamwork.
